We offer special rates to capture your participant's booth, from several different angles, with or without people. We provide you with a simple form to distribute to your exhibitors. They make arrangements directly with us. We even keep the rate low to encourage your participants to document their involvement in your convention. We bill your exhibitor directly.
Conferences:
Of course, we can print on site photos for your members. Of course, we can
utilize our image
NOW! service for immediate press publication. We can create a slide
or multimedia presentation for the middle or end of the event. We can even
produce enewsletters (replacing the old show dailies) detailing what's up
at your conference or convention. And, of course, with our green
screen service, we can drop the background out of any photograph
and subsitute a scene of your choice. Get creative! Your participants will
love this photo op, and be jumping in front of the camera. We can even print
a logo at the bottom of the photos that shoot
out of the printer: wouldn't a sponsor LOVE that?
On Location Portable Studio:
Did you know we can set up a formal room for photographs, central to your convention, to capture executive portraits, award presentations, and high level meet and greets? By utilizing our portable studio service, you'll have access to magazine quality, polished and professional images that maintain your brand -- and don't disrupt on stage presentation or speeches!
Enewsletters/ Web Services:
We can produce content on-site for your enewsletter or web site. We can
even create an enewsletter if you don't have one, or a special web site
for your event, if you don't have one. We can work with your web master
to deliver the content, or create soemthing from scratch for you, where
we are the web master, photographers, and writers. As one client said recently,
"this added a whole new dimension to our conference". Contact
us for more info.
